Why Investment Bankers Make the Introduction

A confidential referral, handled entirely on your terms.

01

Another Credible Buyer at the Table

A direct, capitalized buyer you can bring into a process (or a pre-process conversation) with zero pressure and zero cost to explore.

02

Discretion Matches Your Standard

No cold outreach, no leak risk, nothing that reflects on your relationship or an active mandate. The introduction happens exactly how you and your client want it handled.

03

A Market-Standard Referral Fee

When your introduction leads to a closed transaction, we pay a standard finder's fee, discussed and documented before any information changes hands.

04

No Ongoing Obligation

Make the introduction and we take it from there. You're not signing up to manage anything after that.

How It Works

One introduction. We handle the rest.

01

You Identify a Fit

A client's home health agency matches our thesis, whether you're running a formal process or just fielding an early exploratory call.

02

A Warm Introduction

You decide how much context to share. A name and a way to reach you is enough to start.

03

We Take It From There

A confidential, direct conversation with your client, NDA-first, on their timeline (not ours).

04

You're Kept in the Loop

As much or as little as you and your client prefer, at every stage of the conversation.

05

Referral Fee Discussed at Close

If the introduction leads to a completed transaction, we discuss the finder's fee directly with you.

Questions Bankers Ask First

Straight answers, before you make the call.

Do I need my client's permission before referring them?+

We'd always recommend it. Even a discreet first check with your client is fine, and we won't reach out to anyone without your context guiding how the introduction is handled.

What's the referral fee?+

We pay a market-standard finder's fee once an introduction leads to a closed transaction, documented upfront so there's no ambiguity.

Does this conflict with a sell-side process I'm already running?+

Not at all. If you're managing a formal process, we're glad to participate as one of the buyers you bring to the table, on your timeline and under your process rules.

What if my client isn't ready to sell?+

That's fine. We're glad to note the introduction and stay in touch for whenever the timing is right: there's no expiration on it.

Will you contact my client directly without going through me?+

No. We follow however you and your client prefer the introduction to be handled, and we won't go around you.

What information do you need to get started?+

Just enough to know there might be a fit: your name, a way to reach you, and whatever you can share about the client's business.
